Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of backend customer service support experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders and treatment with Solution Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Sales Ops and Finance across ASIA region.
• Generate, validate, and process orders, invoices, and credit notes in line with internal policies.
