Job summary

Synap Technology is seeking a proactive Semiconductor Automation Sales Director to drive expansion across Singapore and the Asia Pacific region. You will engage customers, identify opportunities, and translate requirements into automation and digital solutions in collaboration with engineering and R&D teams.

Strong English communication and regional business development experience are essential, with willingness to travel within Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

Candidates must be highly customer-oriented, commercially aware, and able to identify opportunities and gather market intelligence.
Ability to bridge customer needs with Sineva BU and R&D teams and engage in executive-level discussions.
Familiar with semiconductor fabs, backend assembly & test operations, and automation workflows.
Experience promoting integrated hardware and software solutions to fabs, OSATs, and IDM customers.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new semiconductor automation opportunities across wafers, packaging, and assembly & test facilities.
Engage customers to uncover pain points, expansion plans, and automation requirements.
Expand customer relationships and market presence across Asia Pacific.
