Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Development for Asia to shape regional growth and own the pipeline strategy. This hybrid role in Singapore will drive inbound and outbound initiatives, coordinating with Marketing, Partners, and Sales Operations to maximize bookings.

You will lead an AI-native motion, coaching SDRs/BDRs to higher performance and partnering with Account Executives to map buying groups and accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading outbound or business development teams in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Ability to translate regional goals into tactical playbooks and cadences.
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience coaching talent toward executive communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Shape the regional growth strategy for Asia, defining inbound/outbound playbooks.
• Drive pipeline quality and velocity from qualification to milestones with AEs.
• Lead AI-native motions and articulate ROI of AI-enabled CX.
• Unify GTM systems with Marketing, Partners, and Sales Ops around one strategy.
• Build and mentor SDRs/BDRs into the next generation of Account Executives.
