Zendesk is seeking an ambitious Commercial Leader to build and steer the regional growth engine for Asia and India. You will own the inbound/outbound strategy, drive deal progression, and align cross-functional stakeholders to maximize high-value bookings.

You’ll shape an AI-native motion, coach teams to quantify automation ROI, and develop a talent pipeline from SDR/BDR to AEs through the AE Accelerator Programme.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of outbound or business development teams in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Ability to translate regional goals into tactical playbooks, cadences, and metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior Sales, Marketing and Operations leaders.
• Passion for developing talent, coaching executive communication, and fostering psychological safety.

Responsabilités

• Design and execute the inbound and outbound new business roadmap across Asia and India.
• Drive pipeline quality and velocity from qualification to key milestones with Account Executives.
• Pioneer an AI-native motion, turning product launches into regional playbooks with ROI clarity.
• Unify the Go-To-Market system by aligning Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales Operations around one strategy.
• Build and mentor SDRs/BDRs into Zendesk’s next generation of AEs through the AE Accelerator Programme.
