Job summary

Zendesk Singapore PTE (Singapore) seeks a visionary Regional Vice President of Sales Engineering to lead, scale, and inspire a world-class team. You will bridge AI capabilities with enterprise value, expand into new markets, and drive adoption of Zendesk’s AI CX platform.

You will recruit and mentor leaders, shape the pre-sales strategy, and speak publicly to C-suite audiences, while collaborating with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years leading pre-sales/sales engineering teams.
• Experience managing managers in a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment.
• CX domain familiarity across CRM, CCaaS, WEM, and digital channels.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud, REST APIs, and AI concepts in CX.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales engineering teams and scale operations.
• Architect the pre-sales blueprint for land large enterprise accounts.
• Drive technical win rates with PoC and pilot standards.
• Mentor SE managers and build high-performance leadership.
• Evangelize Zendesk AI CX capabilities to executives and at events.
