Job summary

Pandora in Singapore is seeking a Performance & Rewards Senior Manager to design and implement performance frameworks and reward programs that boost engagement and align with business goals. You will embed strategic initiatives across Performance, Compensation, Wellbeing and Benefits, partner with senior stakeholders, and lead multi-cluster teams to ensure consistent, locally relevant rollouts.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in senior rewards, global experience in Retail or Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in a senior rewards role, experience in performance management is a plus
• Ideally global organisations within Retail and/or Manufacturing
• Regional experience in a multinational setting across reward and performance programs
• Delivery of market-competitive rewards and motivating performance management
• Strategic and tactical thinking with regional/global reward expertise
• Experience communicating vision and prioritization
• Change management to improve retention and business performance
• Experience from HR or Reward partnering is an advantage
• Leadership and people management
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Analytical and financial acumen
• Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive the embedding of strategic and tactical initiatives across Performance, Compensation, Wellbeing, and Benefits across multiple clusters
• Partner with senior stakeholders on complex Performance & Rewards matters and ensure locally relevant materials and tools for rollouts
• Lead global projects while embedding regional perspectives in program design and processes
• Manage multi-cluster teams to drive consistency and impact across regions
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture aligned with Pandora’s values
