Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in store management.
• Experience leading a premium retail team.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and sales growth.
• Strong leadership and coaching track record.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to manage inventory and VM standards.
