Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect to design and validate how its solutions meet customer requirements. You will translate enterprise direction into practical designs for priority use cases, lead workshops, and produce comprehensive architecture and integration artifacts.

You will collaborate with product teams, customer architects, and regional sales to align roadmaps with business goals. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, industry focus, and broad experience across Asia

Qualifications

Experience designing solutions for multiple industries with reusable patterns and accelerators.
7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting with hands-on ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Certifications in ServiceNow or cloud/integration areas are preferred.

Responsibilities

Own solution design for ServiceNow solutions (SecOps, TechOps, AI Control Tower, HRSD/S2P).
Lead technical discovery, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements.
Produce architecture documents, integration designs, and reference architectures.
Validate feasibility, security, and data design with customer teams.
Align platform strategy with ERP, cloud, and data platforms within the customer estate.
