Nomura is seeking a seasoned Internal Communications lead for Asia ex-Japan, based in Singapore. You will advise senior leaders on effective messaging, shape internal storytelling, and strengthen the link between employees and Nomura's strategy and culture.

You will collaborate with regional and global teams to manage crises, deliver creative plans, and coordinate executive communications, townhalls, and content across a broad network.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in corporate communications or related fields.
• Experience across multiple geographies or markets.
• Proven track record advising and supporting senior executives on communications.
• Experience with external communications and social media is a strong advantage.
• University degree in any discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal communications across Asia ex-Japan, coordinating with teams in multiple countries.
• Partner with business divisions to deliver creative internal comms plans.
• Advise senior leaders on narratives, talking points and speeches.
• Develop crisis communications plans and manage reputational risks.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to execute large-scale projects.
• Manage townhalls, podcasts and regional executive communications activity.
• Align messaging across region while preserving local relevance.
• Work with HR to strengthen company culture and employer image.
• Oversee one direct report and coordinate with wider teams.
• Build external networks to stay informed on industry trends.
• Coordinate submissions for industry awards.
