Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Communications Senior Manager/Manager to lead strategic communications for East Asia within Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. You will influence internal and external narratives, manage crisis communications, and partner with cross-functional teams to protect and promote the company’s reputation.

The role requires storytelling excellence, regional experience, and the energy to thrive in a matrix organization while driving growth and development across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of Communications experience.
• Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Has experience working across multi-culture, multi-markets settings referred.
• Has experience working in multi-national work environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes strategic communications plans for East Asia.
• Leads internal and external communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Manages crisis communications and issues management.
• Supports executive visibility and messaging for East Asia VP/GM.
• Writes and edits high-impact content for newsletters, townhalls, and leadership communications.
• Tracks KPIs and analytics to optimize communications strategies.
