Job summary

Nomura is seeking a seasoned Head of Internal Communications for Asia ex-Japan. You will guide senior leaders, shape internal narratives, and reinforce Nomura's culture while aligning local and global messaging.

You will lead cross-team initiatives, manage executive communications, and drive engagement across multiple markets. A strong track record in financial services communications is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of corporate communications or related experience in financial services.
• Proven multi-geography / multi-market leadership experience.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on communications strategy and execution.
• Collaborative across teams, geographies and reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications across Asia ex-Japan with regional teams.
• Partner with Investment Banking, Global Markets, and other divisions to craft plans.
• Advise senior leaders on narratives, talking points, speeches and materials.
• Develop crisis communications plans and manage risk to reputation.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on scalable projects and content.
• Manage townhalls, fireside chats, podcasts and executive events.
• Align global strategy with regional messaging while preserving local relevance.
• Work with HR and corporate functions to strengthen Nomura's culture.
• Coordinate industry awards submissions.
