Job summary

Intellect is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales, Asia to drive enterprise growth across core Asian markets. You will lead a team of Account Executives and SDRs, originate and close strategic deals, and set market priorities with executives.

You will own revenue targets, manage complex RFPs, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to shape go-to-market strategy and ensure sustainable margins.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record leading and coaching sales teams to meet revenue targets.
• Expertise in managing competitive RFP processes and large-scale negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Own regional new business revenue targets and close strategic deals.
• Lead a team of Account Executives and SDRs across Asia.
• Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline through targeted outreach and partnerships.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes and secure executive sponsorship.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations and Partnerships to optimize GTM strategy.
• Lead deal negotiations and ensure smooth handoffs to Success and Delivery.
