Job summary

Intellect seeks an Enterprise Account Executive for Asia to drive new business across mid-market and enterprise customers. This high-ownership, full-cycle role involves building momentum, shaping propositions, and navigating complex buying processes with support from cross-functional teams.

You’ll develop deep account insights, run high-quality discovery with senior stakeholders, and own end-to-end deals from first conversation to signature. Prior experience in HR tech or SaaS is valuable.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience with mid-market or enterprise focus.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• Experience selling HR tech, employee benefits, SaaS, or related B2B solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise customers in Asia.
• Develop and convert opportunities through strong discovery and tailored proposals.
• Build multi-threaded relationships across organizations and navigate procurement and legal processes.
• Represent Intellect with senior stakeholders and contribute to market-building activities.
