Job summary

Intellect is seeking a Director of Sales & Alliances, Asia to drive enterprise sales growth across core Asian markets. You will lead a team of Account Executives and SDRs, originate strategic opportunities, and close complex deals with C-suite stakeholders.

You will shape the GTM strategy, coordinate with Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure value delivery and commercial sustainability across the region. Proven leadership in enterprise SaaS, HR tech and benefits is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering B2B new business growth and leading sales teams.
• Ability to originate and close complex enterprise deals across Asia.
• Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders and building executive sponsorship.
• Strong capability in leading RFPs, negotiations and deal shaping.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue targets and enterprise selling across Asia.
• Lead and coach Account Executives and SDRs to hit pipeline and revenue goals.
• Lead priority enterprise RFPs end to end with cross-functional teams.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and coordinate marketing/sales alignment.
• Develop alliance-led opportunities with Partnerships to expand pipeline.
