Job summary

Coface Group is seeking a commercially driven professional to accelerate Debt Collection growth across Asia from Singapore. You will engage clients, brokers, insurers and banks regionally to expand market presence and opportunities.

The role offers autonomy, senior exposure and collaboration across functions in a global leader in credit management. Hybrid work model after onboarding supports regional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in financial services or debt collection.
• Strong track record of growing business relationships.
• Experience with brokers, insurers, financial institutions or multinational clients is advantageous.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers across cultures and markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a regional/matrix environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is advantageous due to regional interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth for Coface's Debt Collection solutions across Asia.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Build relationships with brokers, financial institutions, insurers, multinationals and partners.
• Identify new opportunities and convert to revenue streams.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations and proposals.
• Be the trusted commercial contact for strategic clients.
• Collaborate with country teams to identify local opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing, product and operations for a seamless client experience.
• Support onboarding and long-term relationship management to maximize retention.
• Contribute to regional capabilities through knowledge sharing.
