Job summary

Google Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Collections Operations Associate to help move revenue to cash across ads, cloud and hardware. You will manage a portfolio of customers, lead conversations with sales teams, and influence financial disciplines to maximize Google’s cashflow.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships, addressing drivers of non-payment, and collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Product teams to drive timely payments and improve the billing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations.
• 2 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Experience in developing customer and sales partnerships.
• Fluent in Korean for business interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with external customers and internal partners to understand billing and payments in Southeast Asia.
• Use understanding of customer needs and Google products to address drivers of non-payment; advise on policies and processes.
• Partner with Operations Management and collections to surface feedback and fix process gaps.
• Encourage adoption of new platform offerings to improve billing and payments; relay feedback to Product teams.
• Drive resolution of billing issues by troubleshooting root causes and coordinating with Finance, Sales and Product teams.
