Job summary

DP World Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Credit & Collections – APAC Logistics to lead credit management and AR collections across APAC logistics businesses. Based in Singapore, you will focus on improving cash flow, reducing overdue receivables, and strengthening working capital while collaborating with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.

You will develop credit controls, monitor risk, drive timely recovery of receivables, manage complex accounts, and support the new Collections

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience in credit management, collections and AR, ideally regional/multi-country.
• Good understanding of credit risk, AR ageing, DSO and working capital.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit and collections across APAC Logistics entities to collect cash on time and reduce overdue receivables.
• Develop and maintain credit policies, controls and processes aligned with Global policies, including onboarding, assessments, limits and terms.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and recommend actions to manage risks.
• Develop collection strategies based on risk, ageing data and customer behaviour; focus on top accounts/countries.
• Own complex or highly overdue accounts and drive resolution with Finance, Commercial and Operations.
• Coordinate with legal advisers or external agencies for formal recovery actions.
• Lead AR reporting (ageing, overdue balances, DSO, collections, disputes, provisions) and act on trends.
• Support implementation of the Collections Operating Model across APAC with Global team; lead intercompany netting center rollout.
