Job summary

JANUS HENDERSON INVESTORS (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking an Analyst in Client Account Management within the Asia Client Group in Singapore. You will support day-to-day client relationships, coordinate onboarding, and handle servicing queries under guidance from senior staff, while coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

You will contribute to mandate changes, portfolio reviews, and due diligence, while maintaining CRM records and assisting with AML/regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• English fluency required; Korean/Thai a plus but not essential.
• Securities licenses Type 1 and 4 (MAS equivalent) must be obtained within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client relationships under supervision of senior staff.
• Serve as point of contact for client servicing queries and escalate as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and transition activities coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth go-live.
• Assist with mandate changes and related documentation (IMAs, letters of amendment).
• Administer client accounts including settlement, custody, cash movements, accounting and tax queries.
• Maintain CRM records and client communications across fund flows.
• Support AML reviews, regulatory requests, and client documentation updates.
• Prepare and update portfolio review materials and due diligence documentation.
• Assist RFP responses and distribution of client communications and sales materials.
