Job summary

GWP in Singapore is looking for an Analyst in Client Account Management to support the day-to-day management of client relationships. You will act as a point of contact for client queries and assist in onboarding and compliance processes, maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and experience with internal stakeholders. The role includes a diverse range of responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service for clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to comprehend Janus Henderson’s array of asset class strategies.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and CRM systems.
• Confident and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of client relationships.
• Act as a point of contact for client servicing queries.
• Assist with client onboarding and transition activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM system records.
