Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Regional Vice President of Solution Engineering to lead our ASEAN pre-sales organization across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. You will shape GTM strategy, mentor SE managers, and drive technical wins while partnering with sales leadership.

You will scale adoption of Snowflake Cortex AI and related capabilities, engage with C-suite customers, and align regional needs with global roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading multi-layer pre-sales or Solution Engineering organisations.
• Experience partnering with regional sales leadership to drive revenue and technical wins.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data warehousing, analytics, data engineering and AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow and develop a multi-layer Solution Engineering organisation across ASEAN, hiring, coaching and retaining first-line SE managers.
• Partner with the ASEAN Sales VP and regional leadership to own revenue growth and technical win strategy.
• Set operating rhythms: capacity planning, territory alignment, and forecasting of technical wins.
• Drive adoption of Snowflake Cortex AI, Snowpark, Snowflake Intelligence, and related capabilities.
• Act as executive sponsor for strategic customers, engaging C-suite on data, analytics and AI strategy.
• Sustain a strong partner ecosystem with global system integrators and cloud providers to scale coverage.
• Represent Snowflake’s technical vision at industry events and with press.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect regional needs in roadmaps and data residency considerations.
• Champion inclusive, high-performance culture with enablement and succession planning.
