Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a regional E-commerce Key Account Manager to drive growth across ASEAN markets.

You will build relationships with Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, manage regional accounts, review performance, and translate initiatives into market-specific actions for local teams. You will negotiate commercial agreements, lead cross-functional projects with Marketing and HQ, and travel regularly within ASEAN to deliver measurable business outcomes and maximize

Qualifications

Proficiency in English for liaising with English-speaking regional platform partners and stakeholders across ASEAN.
Proficiency in Japanese for liaising and collaborating with Japanese-speaking headquarters stakeholders.
Proven experience in FMCG/Household Items, with exposure to Marketing, Trade Marketing, and/or E-commerce functions.
Strong knowledge of ASEAN e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
Experience in e-commerce Key Account Management and/or B2B sales.
Hands-on experience in commercial negotiations and Joint Business Planning (JBP).
Ability to analyse platform performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
Willingness to travel regularly within ASEAN countries as required.

Responsibilities

Build and strengthen relationships with key regional e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Manage regional key accounts and conduct regular business reviews with platform stakeholders.
Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and prepare business reports and presentations.
Gather insights on platform strategies, seller programmes, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships to support regional growth objectives.
Translate regional initiatives into practical, market-specific strategies for local teams.
Provide hands-on guidance to country teams in developing and executing e-commerce growth plans.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and headquarters stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional discussions, align objectives, and drive successful implementation of strategic projects.
Facilitate decision-making and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes across assigned markets.
