Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Singapore is seeking an energetic Key Account Manager to drive ecommerce growth for assigned brands across Lazada and Shopee. You will own the annual plans, negotiate with brand and platform partners, and coordinate with in-house teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in ecommerce, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to translate strategy into activation plans. You will manage NMV and revenue growth and collaborate with Business Development to expand services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Ecommerce.
• Experience with brand or distributor accounts is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow ecommerce business for one or more brands across platforms.
• Create annual plans and brand strategies and act as main point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns and optimize NMV.
• Monitor KPIs and drive revenue growth and retention.
