Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations professional to manage our online storefronts across Lazada and Shopee from Singapore.

You will coordinate listings, pricing, promotions and inventory, while aligning with brand guidelines and working with logistics partners and internal teams. The successful candidate has 2–3 years in e-commerce operations, a related Diploma, and strong negotiation, analytical and project-management skills to drive revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably on Lazada and Shopee.
• Experience coordinating with platforms, logistics providers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of listing management, pricing, inventory, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage e-commerce operations across Lazada and Shopee.
• Create, maintain and optimise product listings with inventory data.
• Coordinate with logistics partners on fulfillment and returns.
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns and product launches.
• Negotiate with platforms and stakeholders on promotions and visibility.
• Monitor sales and implement growth strategies.
• Analyse data and report on performance and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Support development of online promotional materials and banners.
• Perform other e-commerce and marketing-related tasks.
