Firestone Bakery is seeking an experienced baker to join our artisan kitchen, delivering daily baking operations and producing breads and viennoiseries on schedule. You will manage stock, reduce waste, and uphold hygiene in line with SOP and SFA requirements.

As part of a collaborative team, you will read recipes, operate mixers and dough sheeters, and ensure timely production while maintaining safety and quality standards. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform daily baking operations according to standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure consistent product quality
• Prepare and produce breads, viennoiseries, and other bakery items on schedule to meet production targets
• Handle all food products properly, maintaining correct temperatures to ensure safety and quality
• Monitor, check, and receive ingredient stocks to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Minimize wastage and spoilage of ingredients and food items through careful handling and storage
• Manage and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) requirements
• Read and follow recipes accurately to produce consistent bakery products
• Use standard kitchen equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters, and blenders effectively during baking operations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery workflow and timely production
• Manage inventory by tracking ingredient usage and stock levels to support efficient kitchen operations
• Work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays as required to meet bakery operational needs
