Job summary

Firestone Bakery in Singapore is seeking a passionate Bakery Retail Associate to join our expanding team. You will handle inventory management, merchandising and cashier duties, while processing phone and online orders and ensuring daily orders are arranged.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hospitality preferred; others are welcome to apply
• Basic computer literacy, MS Office skills and POS operation (training for POS provided)
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player
• Willingness to learn and be able to work independently

Firestone Bakery specialises in high-quality Artisan Sourdoughs and Viennoiseries made from all natural and premium ingredients using traditional methods. We bake in small batches, focusing on quality over quantity. We are looking for passionate and hardworking Bakery Retail Associate to join our expnding team!

Job Scope:

• Handle inventory management, housekeeping, merchandising and cashiering
• Assist in managing monthly inventory
• Process phone and online orders
• Arrange the daily orders to ensure all orders have been placed
• Perform excellent customer service and deal with customer courteously and professionally
• Must be able to perform in a fast paced, busy environment with attention to details
• Work at either Sembawang outlet or Upper Paya Lebar (Tai Seng) outlet

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply
• Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills and operating POS (training for POS will be provided)
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
