Job summary

Firestone Bakery in Singapore is seeking a passionate and hardworking Bakery Retail Associate to join our expanding team at two outlets: Sembawang and Upper Paya Lebar (Tai Seng). You will handle inventory, merchandising, cashiering and order processing, provide excellent customer service, work in a fast-paced environment, and be available for shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Training for POS will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or Hospitality preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a POS (training provided).
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality and strong team player.
• Willingness to learn and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory management, housekeeping, merchandising and cashiering.
• Assist in managing monthly inventory.
• Process phone and online orders.
• Arrange the daily orders to ensure all orders have been placed.
• Perform excellent customer service and deal with customers courteously and professionally.
• Must work in a fast-paced, busy environment with attention to details.
• Work at either Sembawang outlet or Upper Paya Lebar (Tai Seng) outlet.

Requirements:

• Experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply
• Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Office skills and operating POS (training for POS will be provided)
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player
• Willingness to learn and be able to work independently
