Roles & Responsibilities

Starting Pay: $10 - $12 / hr for part-time (depending on your qualification; will be increased if you demonstrate good working attitude)

Able to commit at least 1 year.

As an Art Teacher for Global Art program, your roles and responsibilities include:

  • Conducting art classes independently for students ranging from 3 to 15 years old using mediums such as oil pastel, poster colour, and acrylic.
  • Bringing fun and creativity to art education, encouraging students to be creative and innovative.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the art studio.
  • Working as a team player with other teachers and staff members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Working weekdays and weekends.
  • Following the terms of the contract, including a minimum one-year bond, attending training sessions without pay, and providing three months' notice for early termination.
  • Demonstrating a good attitude and commitment to the teaching hours, which may vary depending on the schedule of the classes.
Skills Requirements

  • Preferably 1-2 years of teaching experience, but not mandatory.
