Job summary

Marina Bay Sands seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead planning and coordination of arena operational-readiness workstreams from development through pre-opening and early operations. You will integrate venue operations, guest experience, licensing, and workforce considerations into design and delivery plans, reporting to the Vice President, Arena.

Responsibilities include providing structured operator input, developing operating plans and SOPs, coordinating stakeholder interfaces,

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in venue management, event management, hospitality, business or related field.
Relevant safety or project-management qualifications are advantageous.
At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in venue or arena operations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder interfaces.

Responsibilities

Provide operator input into arena design, development and coordination focusing on event operations and guest journeys.
Develop and maintain integrated operational-readiness plans, SOPs and venue handbooks.
Plan operational participation in commissioning, inspections and opening-readiness exercises.
Lead cross-functional workshops and coordinate with security, facilities, production and vendors.
