Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is seeking an Admin Manager to lead the Arena business-services function. You will establish administrative, financial oversight, governance, reporting and project-support capabilities for a new 15,000-seat arena.

You will oversee day-to-day administration for Arena Operations, coordinate executive support to the Vice President, Arena, and develop the team to manage budgeting, procurement and performance reporting across departments.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading administration, business services or PMO functions.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and preparing executive submissions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, billing and governance controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Arena Operations administration and executive support.$
• Establish standardized administrative processes, governance packs and records.
• Coordinate meetings, action registers, and dashboards for management reviews.
• Develop and coach the Arena Administration team for steady-state operations.
