Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Project Director to provide senior owner-side leadership for the technical delivery of the new 15,000-seat arena. You will set governance, embed requirements from design through handover, and lead multidisciplinary alignment for critical decisions.

You will oversee design changes, cost, risk, and procurement, manage status reporting to the Vice President, Arena, and guide the transition into pre-opening with an eye toward long-term venue upgrades and capital works.

Qualificações

• At least 12-15 years of relevant experience with senior leadership in technical project delivery.
• Experience in design management, procurement and handover of complex venues.
• PM certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead owner-side technical delivery governance across arena projects.
• Set priorities and align inputs from Event Planning to Venue Operations.
• Ensure alignment between requirements, designs, responses and decisions.
• Provide executive status reporting and escalation to the Vice President, Arena.
• Oversee drawing, document control, reviews and close-out processes.
• Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across disciplines.
• Manage program, cost, risk and procurement interfaces for milestones.
• Lead commissioning, readiness, and handover activities.
