Job summary

Wood in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Supervisor to oversee work by Implementation Contractors and Vendors on site and fabrication yards, ensuring compliance with design specs, quality standards and project timelines. You will supervise, coordinate, inspect and commission architectural finishing works including ironmongery and joinery, aligning with statutory requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of implementation contractors and vendors.
• Inspect workmanship and materials for compliance with design specs and standards.
• Commission finishing works (ironmongery, carpentry) and ensure timely project delivery.

Wood is currently recruiting for an Architectural Supervisor to supervise the work carried out by Implementation Contractors and Vendors at site and Fabrication yards, as well as ensuring compliance in terms of Contractual deliverables in Safe, Quality and schedule.

The Role

The Architectural Supervisor’s responsibilities include supervision, coordination, inspection and commissioning of architectural finishing works including ironmongery, joinery/carpentry, ensuring compliance with design specifications, statutory requirements, quality standards and project objectives.
