Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site structural and architectural work on residential building projects in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate with subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety on site.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture and has at least 3 years of relevant experience, with familiarity with quality and safety standards in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field required.
• Familiarity with safety standards and quality assessments in construction.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site.
• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
