Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting for an Architectural Drawing and BIM Coordinator. You will lead coordination of architectural works and align drawings with the project programme.

Responsibilities include producing and maintaining BIM models in Revit, converting 2D drawings to 3D, monitoring schedules, and ensuring quality inspections and proper handover documentation.

Job description

A. Architectural Drawing and Design Coordination

• Report to the Manager or Team Leader and coordinate architectural works in accordance with the project organisation structure.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to clarify design requirements and resolve discrepancies between architectural drawings and site conditions.
• Review architectural drawings, details, and technical submissions to support construction coordination.

B. BIM and Technical Documentation

• Produce, update, and maintain architectural BIM models and drawings using Revit.
• Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models where required.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, modelling protocols, and specified LOD requirements.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and document distribution to ensure proper information flow among project stakeholders.

C. Programme and Construction Coordination

• Monitor architectural drawing production schedules and coordinate submissions to meet project milestones.
• Follow up on technical queries, drawing approvals, and outstanding information that may affect site progress.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure architectural works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and the construction programme.

D. Quality Assurance and Site Supervision

• Implement applicable project quality procedures and maintain inspection records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor architectural workmanship and coordinate inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify quality issues, follow up on rectification works, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive measures.
• Monitor site activities in accordance with applicable EHS procedures and project requirements.

E. Inspections and Handover

• Coordinate architectural inspections, defect inspections, rectification works, and handover documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and facilitate timely handover.
• Support the project team in achieving applicable CONQUAS and Quality Mark (QM) objectives.

F. Other Responsibilities

• Maintain updated architectural, BIM, technical, and quality records.
• Provide coordination support for the effective execution of project activities.
• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the Project Manager or immediate supervisor.
