Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an architectural supervisor to oversee progress and quality of all architectural works on site in Singapore.

You will assist the Project Manager with quotations scheduling and ensure drawings reflect site requirements and updates from clients or consultants. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, resolving design conflicts, ensuring proper construction sequence, and supporting the site QS in material planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for overseeing the progress and quality of all architectural works.
• Assist the Project Manager in scheduling and planning for the calling of quotations from subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Ensure that all drawings and information issued for quotations accurately reflect site requirements and any updates from clients or consultants; prepare additional sketches or drawings when needed for clarification.
• Review architectural drawings alongside structural and M&E drawings to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Coordinate with consultants to address design conflicts and keep the Project Manager and Contracts team updated on any variations from the original specifications or drawings.
• Ensure that all trades work in the correct sequence and follow proper dimensions, alignment, levels, and set-out.
• Support the Site Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in determining required finishing materials (e.g., tiles) for quotation requests and awarding to suppliers or vendors.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of materials and plan appropriate storage space.
• Coordinate, monitor, and support subcontractors on all work-related matters by conducting regular progress meetings.
• Assign responsibilities to architectural supervisors and track their progress to ensure timely and quality completion of tasks.
• Attend consultant site meetings, technical meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
