Job summary

LBD ALLIANCE PTE. LTD. seeks a Diploma/ Degree holder in Architectural/ Building Construction to join our Singapore site team. You will coordinate with subcontractors, assist PM and Site Manager, prepare shop drawings, and monitor architectural works on site.

The role requires 3 years in construction, knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, and proficiency in AutoCAD; Photoshop and SketchUp are advantageous. Strong communication and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in architecture or building construction.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of Singapore Building Codes and Regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates with subcontractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards
• Able to work under pressure
• Assist PM and Site Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters and complains related to project sites
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval
• Attend site meeting, monitor and supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants etc
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Oversee all architectural finishes work on site
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
• Coordinate with Architect, structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractor to resolve related issue
• Ensure quality of work is compliance to safety regulations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural/ Building construction
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry
• Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
• Familiar with local standard quality implementation
• Auto CAD drafting experience is necessary
• Photoshop & Sketchup experience is an added advantage
