Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a BIM Coordinator to coordinate technical drawings, BIM model development, information exchange and site implementation to meet required standards, schedules and quality expectations.

You will collaborate with consultants and subcontractors, develop BIM models in Revit, convert 2D drawings to 3D, monitor submission schedules, ensure LOD compliance and support QM and EHS initiatives on site.

Qualifications

• Coordinate BIM models and technical drawings across disciplines.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure BIM standards, LOD and information exchanges meet project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to resolve technical discrepancies and drawing-related issues.
• Develop, update and maintain BIM models and technical drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Convert 2D AutoCAD drawings into 3D models in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of drawings, model updates and technical information to all relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor drawing submission schedules and coordinate BIM deliverables with construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, modelling protocols and specified Level of Development (LOD).
• Coordinate technical reviews and resolve inconsistencies between drawings, BIM models and site conditions.
• Maintain quality documentation, analyse inspection results and follow up on corrective actions to support continuous improvement.
• Supervise and monitor site works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Coordinate site inspections, defect rectification and handover documentation.
• Support project teams in achieving applicable CONQUAS and Quality Mark (QM) workmanship targets.
• Perform other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager.
