Job summary

Wee Poh Construction Co (Pte) Ltd is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager in Singapore to support planning, coordinate trades, and interface with M&E and structural details. You will ensure timely submissions of drawings, samples, and method statements in line with the project schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field and a minimum of 8 years in architectural project management, with MOHH project experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field is required; MOHH project experience preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural project management; MOHH project experience and at least one completed project cycle preferred.
• GMAP certification is a plus; strong drawing interpretation and detailing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address design and construction challenges.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

• Possess Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP) certification is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in interpreting and producing construction drawings with attention to detail.
• Possess knowledge of BIM/VDC tools and methodologies.
