Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY in Singapore seeks an Architectural Manager to oversee large-scale projects, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring designs are followed and progress stays on track.

You will lead project teams, inspect works for compliance, and uphold architectural standards. A degree in Architecture or Building and 8+ years of experience are required; working hours are 5 days, with possible 6-day weeks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Building.
• 8+ years as Architecture Manager on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and requirements.
• Proven leadership to manage project teams.
• Working hours: 5 days work week, or 6-days with alternate Saturdays off, subject to project requirements.

Responsibilities
