Job summary

GS Engineering & Construction Corp is seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator in Singapore to ensure design integration across disciplines and manage architectural projects from planning to construction documentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in architectural design or coordination, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and BIM tools. Candidates should have strong knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building/Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in architectural design or project coordination.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Building/Architecture or other related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design, project coordination, or related roles
• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM tools
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes and standards
• Good technical detailing , specification knowledge and aesthetic sensibilities
