Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION (SOUTH PACIFIC) DEVELOPMENT CO. PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to lead a team of architectural coordinators and BIM modellers on large-scale projects.

You will attend technical and site meetings with consultants, coordinate drawings, monitor approvals, and ensure works meet drawings and specifications. Candidates should have a degree in Architecture and at least 10 years' relevant experience with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, preferably BOA-recognized.
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as Architectural Manager on large-scale projects, healthcare projects preferred.
• Responsible for ensuring architectural works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of architectural coordinators and BIM modellers in design and coordination works.
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Coordinate architectural planning and document control, including sample submissions and drawing approvals.
• Prepare construction and architectural documents and drawings.
• Ensure works comply with specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical/site problems.
• Supervise progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractor's architectural work and ensure on-schedule delivery.

• Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
• Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
• Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, preferably degree recognized by BOA
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience as Architectural Manager in large scale projects, preferably in healthcare project. Relevant architectural field experience in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height experience is an advantage.
• Responsible to ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
