Job summary

FONDA GLOBAL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to lead on-site coordination with consultants and sub-contractors. You will study drawings, ensure conformity with specifications, and inform management about technical issues.

The role requires 5+ years in architectural coordination, fluency with local codes, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Leadership and independent work are essential, with a 5.5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Must possess a qualification from universities approved by BCA and Board of Architects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp; other tools a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently; 5.5 work days.

• Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
• Inform Project Manager/ Construction Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
• Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of reports and presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in software such as Revit, AutoCad, Sketch-up and others will be an added advantage.
