Job summary

THYMN PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites an Architectural Designer to contribute across the full project lifecycle, from concept to completion, with hands-on mentorship and exposure to cutting-edge digital design tools such as Revit.

You will support design development, prepare documents for approvals, generate BIM models, produce construction drawings, and collaborate with senior designers to deliver large-scale industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in architectural design and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop; rendering with Lumion or Enscape.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, codes and submission processes.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design development and support through all stages from concept to completion.
• Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
• Develop and contribute to detailed BIM models and digital workflows using Revit.
• Produce high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawings.
• Create compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials.
• Collaborate with senior designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for coordinated delivery.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Architectural Designer to join our Singapore team. You will support the full project lifecycle—from initial concept to completion—while receiving hands‑on mentorship and exposure to cutting‑edge digital design tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Support: Assist our team through all stages of the architectural process, from concept development to project completion.
• Submission to Regulatory Authorities: Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
• Digital Design: Develop and contribute to detailed BIM models and digital workflows using Revit.
• Drawing Production: Prepare high‑quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets.
• Visualization: Create compelling 3D visualizations, renderings, and design presentation materials to communicate ideas effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure coordinated and smooth project delivery.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A holder of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in architectural design and end‑to‑end project delivery.
• High expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape.
• A basic understanding of Singapore’s regulations, codes and submission processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work. A proactive willingness to learn and develop new skills.
