Job summary

XCUBE ARCHITECTS in Singapore is seeking an Architectural Assistant to support design development, project coordination, and contract administration across all project stages. The role involves preparing authority submissions, attending meetings and site visits, coordinating with consultants, and applying BIM workflows to produce drawings while ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations.

A degree in architecture and 2–3 years' experience are desired.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Familiar with BIM workflows and Singapore regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support design development, project coordination, and contract administration.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and Singapore building regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Registration with the Board of Architects Singapore is an advantage.
