Job summary

HO2 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Designer to develop and refine architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, adhering to Singapore codes.

You will collaborate with senior architects, prepare detailed documents, and create 3D visuals for client presentations. The role involves site visits, accuracy in technical drawings, and coordinating with structural and MEP consultants.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related design field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related software.
• Experience with BIM and 3D visualisation tools.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and standards.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.

• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design or related role.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and designs using CAD software and BIM tools.

• Produce presentation materials, including 3D visualisations, renderings and models to communicate concepts to clients and stakeholders.

• Incorporate client feedback and project requirements into design iterations.
• Assist in coordinating design elements with other consultants (structural, MEP).
• Maintain organised project files and documentation per company standards.
• Support preparation of project proposals, tender documents and design presentations.
