Job summary

RENDER PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a creative and motivated Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Singapore. You will develop architectural concepts, create design drawings, and lead presentations to convey ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.

You will work on spatial planning, façade design, material selection and detailing, and drive projects from concept through development and documentation, coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure high design quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• Strong design sensibility and spatial planning skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Singapore authorities and submission requirements a plus.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, design narratives and spatial strategies

• Translate design ideas into clear and compelling presentation materials
• Develop projects from concept design through design development and documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and other project stakeholders
• Participate in design discussions, presentations and project meetings
• Support the team in delivering projects to a high design and presentation standard

4 off days monthly, rest days depend on schedule

Requirements

Qualifications - diploma or high school diploma

Work experience- at least two year relevant working experience in related fields

Job type- full time

Required languages: English and able to communicate with mandarin speaking customers
