Job summary

Ho2 Design And Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Architectural Designer to translate concepts into detailed designs and technical drawings. This full‑time role is based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region.

You will develop drawings with CAD/BIM tools, prepare construction documents, and collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to deliver innovative solutions while meeting codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.
• Experience with BIM and 3D visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and standards.
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Organised with multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
• 2–4 years of experience in architectural design preferred.
• Proficient in producing comprehensive shop drawings and technical details.

Responsibilities

About the role

Ho2 Design And Construction Pte Ltd is seeking an Architectural Designer to join our dynamic design team. This is a full‑time position based in Kampong Ubi, Central Region. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual ideas into detailed architectural designs and technical drawings. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers and clients to develop innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This position is fundamental to our design process and directly contributes to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings and designs using CAD software and Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction documents for various project phases
• Collaborate with senior architects and design teams to conceptualise and refine design proposals
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information relevant to design development
• Produce presentation materials, including 3D visualisations, renderings and models to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and relevant standards throughout the design process
• Incorporate client feedback and project requirements into design iterations
• Assist in the coordination of design elements with other consultants, including structural, mechanical and electrical teams
• Maintain organised project files and documentation in accordance with company standards
• Support the preparation of project proposals, tender documents and design presentations

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related design field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other relevant architectural design software
• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D visualisation tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and construction standards applicable in Singapore
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills with attention to precision
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining design concepts clearly to clients and team members
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various disciplines
• Organised approach to project management with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities to address design challenges
• 2-4 years of experience in architectural design or a related role is preferred
• Proficient in producing comprehensive architectural shop drawings and technical details.
• Skilled in translating design concepts into precise construction and shop drawing
