Job summary

Thymn Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead design initiatives from concept to delivery within our award-winning practice.

You will apply Building regulations knowledge, supervise BIM workflows (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape) and coordinate with consultants and regulators. The role offers a vibrant, collaborative environment with mentorship, substantial projects, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of proven architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop; rendering skills with Lumion/Enscape.

Responsibilities

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architectural Designer to take a leading role in our Singapore studio. You will be responsible for driving design initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from concept to completion. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced digital tools and contribute meaningfully within a collaborative design environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary team from concept development to project completion.
• Submission to Regulatory Authorities: Prepare documents and drawings for submission to regulatory authorities for approval.
• Digital Design & BIM Management: Utilize BIM (Revit) and other digital tools to create accurate, detailed models and comprehensive design documentation. Champion digital integration within the team.
• Drawing Production: Prepare high-quality conceptual, regulatory submission, tender, and construction drawing sets.
• Project Coordination: Oversee contract administration and serve as the key point of coordination between consultants, contractors, and relevant regulatory agencies.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in architectural design and end-to-end project delivery.
• High expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop. Strong rendering skills with Lumion or Enscape.
• A strong understanding of Singapore's building regulations, codes, and submission processes is essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of computational design tools (e.g., Dynamo, Rhino/Grasshopper) will be highly regarded.
