Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced architectural supervisor to coordinate design drawings, review specifications and supervise construction works on site. The role involves BIM data management, coordination with consultants and client representatives, and ensuring timely submissions for approvals.

The candidate should have a degree or diploma in architecture with at least five years of relevant experience, preferably on high-rise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architectural supervision on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Proven degree/diploma in architecture or equivalent.
• Experience with high rise building projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority requirements.
• Review project specifications, clarifications and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client reps, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure submission of detail drawings, materials and mockups for early approval.
• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data per project requirements.
• Maintain project templates to ensure standards and facilitate reuse.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve clashes and interface issues.
• Liaise with subcontractors and prepare transmittals for submissions.
• Review and revise revision status and compile as-built drawings upon completion.

Job description

Job Description:

• Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mockup for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale complexity, and nature of work.
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• Having experiences in High Rise Building Project would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.
