Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other disciplines (Structure and M&E) for all technical issues found in construction drawings
• Check all drawings and prepare RFIs for all discrepancies
• Coordinate and submit all materials to consultant for approval
• Coordinate with VDC/BIM team for all Architecture setting out issue
• Prepare work method of statement for submission
• Coordinate with subcon for trade demo before start works
• Ensure all work with proper inspection records by RTO
• Control the registration and distribution of architectural construction drawings and revision
• To manage the quality control QA/QC works to achieve CONQUAS score
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by Project Manager

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• At least 3 years of local working experience in the Architectural Coordination works
• Proficient in AutoCAD, basic knowledge for BIM software like Revit
• Able to lead and work independently
