Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. The role involves coordinating architectural works with consultants and subcontractors, attending site meetings, and ensuringWorks comply with specifications.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Architecture (or equivalent) and has at least 2 years’ relevant experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM. This position is based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture or equivalent is required.
• 2 years relevant experience in architectural coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, and construction/architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Attend technical and site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions.
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with consultants and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of technical or site problems related to architectural works.
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors' architectural work and ensure timeliness.

• Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions;
• Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
• Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works;
• Supervise the progress of architectural works on site;
• Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent
• 2 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understand in Autocad/ BIM/ construction drawing/ architectural drawings
